  Service was disgusting and so was the food. I'm so pissed, I'm reaching out to their district leadership. When people make it seem like you're inconvinceing them to spend YOUR money at their job, I don't take that lightly. The young black/mixed girl that was at the counter today (4-5-26 @ 16:30p) had the nastiest attitude. Either train her or replace her.

  Nobody eating in restaurant waited 40 minutes for order stood 10 minutes before was asked about order made online I asked the manager if this is usual and if the restaurant had 4 people eating would it take 2 hours to which he smiled and responded probably. While waiting I looked over the counter at the nastiest floor I have ever seen. The floor had squished meat and veggies that the employees walked on instead of cleaning. I was truly disgusted and have never seen or been treated this way in any other QDOBA don't order online at this one I personally will never eat at this establishment.

  A disgusting establishment with horrendous management, consistently incompetent employees, or both. We’ve convinced ourselves to go here 4 times because we didn’t want to drive 30+ minutes round trip to find a Chipotle - big mistake. They keep the food in plastic trash bags because they don’t want to wash the storage containers. This is not hyperbole, the employees were proud to tell us this. The bags have holes torn in them, and we watched them dump 165+ degree queso into them - hello microplastics. Food is scattered across containers, bags, and the counter, old food gets knocked off the counter into other bags, and they don’t remove old food, they just top it off, mixing new food with food over an hour old. I suppose this explains the 75% food poisoning rate we’ve experienced from here. There is almost always a line here because it takes them 8 minutes to serve one customer. The food is usually cold and greasy. They’re usually out of chips and fajita veggies, which you don’t want anyway, because they’re swimming in grease. They did once replace the chips with a bag they bought at Meijer, so that’s…something. There is no quality control or food safety practices. This place is absolutely appalling, and everyone involved should be ashamed.

  This location is like a toxic relationship you keep going back to thinking they’ve changed…so disappointed with the online ordering especially. We always order well in advance, show up later than pick up time, and always end up standing in a line for the pickup orders. I work in customer service so I truly have empathy for the employees, however this has been an ongoing issue for the last 6 months, at least…once is understandable, twice seems like a coincidence, but more than three is a pattern. Not to mention the house keeping is very poor as well. Seems to me like the issues stem from a managing standpoint…lack of scheduling and lack of standards. I’ll gladly be driving to Henry St. for Chipotle moving forward.

  I don’t typically leave reviews however this used to be my favorite QDOBA location. I like to have lunch here and it was about twice a week until every time I got my bowl the meat was burned, kept biting into super burnt hard pieces of chicken every time I go and eat at this location. Not to mention the fajita veggies have the burnt taste as well, it throws me off whenever I get it and unfortunately I’ve had to stop eating my fave lunch spot because of the quality of the food. Hopefully something changes soon! I’d love to keep supporting.
