  Got pulled ahead with just a ten piece meal through the app, sat there for ten minutes before I had to go inside to remind them I’m waiting outside. Food was still not prepared. And then they got the order wrong, just put the fries in the bag

  I wouldn’t know what the food taste like. Or the service. Atmosphere is fine. Been at the counter for 10 minutes without one employee acknowledging my presence.and she can def see me!😤 Is there so many people ordering on line that fast food no longer has counter folks…? Won’t be back here!

  normally i don’t come on here for a review but the fact that i had to sit there for about 10 minutes waiting to get to the speaker and then 5 minutes of silence there as well. i’m very disappointed in the service i received today as i come here quite often but the past two experiences have made me not want to come back to this location. i will be going somewhere else from now on.

  I Don’t Mind Coming To This One Because It’s Closer To My House Anyways But The Simple Fact For The Drive Thru You Have TWO Speakers To Order But Only Decided To Use ONE It’s Very Stupid ! Either Put A Cone On The Other Lane If You’re Not Gonna Use It Or Stick To Just ONE Speaker

  The one star is because I have to. Multiple people have been waiting and leaving after waiting… excessively. I’ve been here for at least 20 minutes, waiting to pick up an Uber Eats Delivery order, doing this review in store. When someone FINALLY got the attention of ANYONE they said they were still waiting on their to-go order, his response was “Not much we can do about that.”, and walked away without talking to anyone else. Also while waiting, I have watched multiple Crew Members and Managers skip the tongs for the food and use their hands while preparing the food. Almost 40 minutes later and I was able to get the order
