Instead of the usual fresh diced onions sprinkled on top, I found huge slices of onion hidden at the bottom of the cup. The pieces were so big it made the chili almost impossible to enjoy. The man at the register was very friendly and helpful (he even sold me 7 Boo Books, which I appreciated), so I can’t fault the service. But the way the chili was prepared ruined what is normally my go-to meal at Wendy’s. I really hope they go back to the diced onions on top—because when it’s made right, this is one of the best menu items! 😞

I know in food service it’s important to hit a certain time, but that doesn’t mean you should treat customers rudely. Fries were hot so that was great!

Meanwhile the floor was coated in grease, so that it was hard to stand upright. Highly recommend driving thru. Food was decent. The absence of a manager was evident. They need a real cleaning service.
