I was really looking forward to my favorite meal from Wendy’s—chili with cheese and onions. Unfortunately, this time it was very disappointing. Instead of the usual fresh diced onions sprinkled on top, I found huge slices of onion hidden at the bottom of the cup. The pieces were so big it made the chili almost impossible to enjoy.
The man at the register was very friendly and helpful (he even sold me 7 Boo Books, which I appreciated), so I can’t fault the service. But the way the chili was prepared ruined what is normally my go-to meal at Wendy’s.
I really hope they go back to the diced onions on top—because when it’s made right, this is one of the best menu items!

My food was made incorrectly, did not receive any spoon or straw for my drink. Workers seemed annoyed that people were there, and I could hear employees complaining. I know in food service it’s important to hit a certain time, but that doesn’t mean you should treat customers rudely. Fries were hot so that was great!

Manager was extremely professional and knowledgeable did an amazing job taking my order and helped me with an issue in the women's bathroom and the district manager was there and she was very professional and knowledgeable and very polite and courteous hard working and is taking steps to make this Wendy's a great Restaurant and I really enjoyed my experience recommending this Wendy's restaurant if ever in the area all employees were very professional and great.

Sweet girl at the register taking our order and putting up with my partners rambling about non existent options.
Meanwhile the floor was coated in grease, so that it was hard to stand upright.
Highly recommend driving thru.
Food was decent.
The absence of a manager was evident.
