  I’ve been coming to the Taco Bell for years and my food has always been OK but lately they’ve been messing up real bad. I don’t know if it’s the new people that they hired or what the case may be, but y’all need to do a little bit more training and y’all need to get more people that likes their job and not people that’s just there for the check cause you can clearly tell from how I got my food today and the last time I was there like a couple days ago, I am very upset. I will not be returning

  I stopped into Taco Bell to grab some lunch real quick in between clients and the person thatshe was told to make a freeze and she basically said is it for a doordash and what does it matter if it's for a doordash or not the fact is that you still had to be told to make the drink unacceptable you need to go find a different job if you can't handle making a stupid drinkis simple as a Freezy

  this Taco Bell is honestly the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. The reviews that you see on here are correct and the ones that give them five stars and praise them are definitely fake. I have a severe tomato allergy and I ordered the supreme Lux box. I ordered a beefy five layer burrito with no beans and I made sure there was no tomatoes on anything. Well I opened the burrito because not only is it served to me all hard and stiff. It’s also ripped with meat coming out. I opened it and guess what I see? TOMATOES!! I’m honestly very furious because if I hadn’t opened up this burrito, I would’ve taken a big bite of tomatoes and whatever this purple thing is in here. THEY ARENT EVEN SUPPOSED TO HAVE TOMATOES IN THEM!!! I think the whole place is disgusting same with the workers. I was in a good mood getting my food and I see this big figure head towards me to hand me my food and I smile and say thank you very much and she just looks at me with utter disgust and throws my food on the counter and walks away without saying anything. I don’t know if it’s because she’s upset that she’s around food all day and wants to eat it or if she has to have a job, whatever is it’s not OK. they simply screwed up my night and I think the only thing they got right on this order was handing me my own cup to fill up my own drink.

  This taco bell is the best and their employee named Angela is so professional I could have swore she was a manager!

  The people on night shift are very rude and disrespectful!! I had forgot to switch out the cinnamon twist for the chips and cheese instead of doing what I asked at the window they proceeded to have an attitude and said that “ it was already made up” “ I can’t do that” well I asked for a chips and cheese to be added at the window… she’s said very rudely and snobby “it’s going to be a $1.60 more” ok I don’t care I just want the chips and cheese. They didn’t have my drink ready. I had asked for no ice and she still proceeded to put ice in my drink. Very rude people. I will never go to this one again! On top of that the chips were stale and didn’t taste right. I couldn’t eat them. You guys wanted to proceed to talk about the situation while I was at the window this is highly unprofessional. This is the worst Taco Bell with the most rudest people there! I will never go here again!!
