    Ordered a steak quesadilla and there was creamy sauce when I requested for none and no cheese sauce when I requested for it to be on there, and the burrito was stale and hard, won't be receiving my money anymore

    I didn’t spend a dime here, and I’m glad I didn’t. I walked in around 10:50 PM to order food and stood at the kiosk deciding what I wanted. While I was doing that, an employee in the background was loudly making rude comments—suggesting customers should go to another fast-food place like Burger King, complaining about being short-staffed, and then outright insulting the customer (me) without even looking over, calling me fat simply for trying to order food. There was no rush and no line—just me—yet they acted inconvenienced by my presence. I’ve personally handled 30+ customers at once while being understaffed, so I fully understand what that’s like. This behavior had nothing to do with staffing and everything to do with unprofessionalism. Absolutely unacceptable service. I would not recommend ordering from this location. They clearly don’t know how to run the place or treat customers with basic respect.
