Wouldn't make my sandwich with the toppings I wanted, said their manager yelled at them for how much stuff they put on, asked if I could pay extra for toppings. I should be able to get what I want on the food that im paying for and even offered to pay extra for.
I have worked at subway, and I know if a customer asks you give them exactly what I want. Would rather go 5 mins down the road to the other apple subway.

I ordered online, I put my order in at THE CORRECT store (as I have multiple times, even did last night and received my order) I put my order In, the store took the money off my card yet I never received an order confirmation, when I got to the store - they said they didn’t have any history of my order and couldn’t refund me even though I showed them. The lady that wasn’t even at the register - but was making someone else’s sandwich, was talking to me like I was slow, confused or lying like I just didn’t order from them last night ? She was rude and now I just have to dispute it with my back I’m out of money and NEVER got my food. And if it was just a problem with the app and they handled it better I would’ve have written this but the service was absolutely terrible. I’m so upset and I have nothing to eat, that’s all I could get and they acted terribly with me to the point where I didn’t even want to get food from them anymore

Young Man making Sub seemed to have a disability and was having a hard time making Sandwiches, instead of helping Coworkers just watched him. Everyone is GOOD at something and it may be possible that that is not the position for this person.
