Placed an online order, was not made correctly (missing 2 main ingredients on wrap) and was hung up on when I called to inquire about it. Drove back to location only to have the employee tell me that she distinctly remembers making my order correctly (with the two ingredients included). I proceeded to show her the sub with the missing ingredients and with much hesitation she remade my order and walked away with no apology. It is beyond my comprehension how abysmal customer service can be… I’ve worked customer service for years and would never have dreamed of treating a customer in this manner.
