The past two times I’ve been in the store to order, they have been out of either chicken or steak. They person making the online orders stopped the other person making our food from using the steak because “she needs it for her online orders “ which is pretty rude seeing how we were standing and waiting in store for 20 minutes. The person preparing our tortillas and bowls is basically the only person who is polite. The rest of the staff need a lot of customer service training, there also needs to be some kind of management or someone overseeing the entire process of preparing food. Also the dining room is always dirty. Do better QDOBA.

Unfriendly staff. Got my pick up order wrong and acted like I was wrong in asking them to remake it correctly because what I ordered was more expensive. Management seems uncaring. Very slippery wet floors coming in door as well with people tripping. Would not go back.

Very upset. I placed my online mobile order at 6:00 pm for it to be ready at 7:00 pm. It's currently 8:00 pm and I'm still standing here waiting for my order. I've watched the line come and go and my order isn't even being prepared. This is the worst Qdoba I have ever been to so far and I hate to say that because I really do love the food, but the service here is just unfathomable for two hours to pass and not have two burrito bowls done.

Valentine’s Day special. Bogo entrees. First I’d like to say I appreciate the employees overall attitudes. It was very busy. I placed a to go order at 6:10. Estimated time to pick up was 6:45. It is now 7:45 and there are 5 orders a head of me. I watched the line from out the door cycle through probably 5x. I can understand the busy totally. However, management should have recognized the two employees working the take out line on the back wall had no urgency or care in the world. Bagged doordash/online food came out I’d say 10-15 min apart. I didn’t see a way to cancel my order online. I wish I just jump in line, it would have been way faster by at least an hour.

Over the last 2 months we have visited this Qdoba 3 times. The first was Christmas Eve. We arrived an hour before closing and they were out of all proteins except pork, queso & guac and they were clearly understaffed. There were two servers filling orders. One was serving online orders and the other was working through the very long line in the store. Both servers were speaking very rudely and with attitude to customers. They were obviously frustrated & didn't want to be there. The conversation with one customer turned into a heated argument. It was very uncomfortable. The customer was asking for the server's name & for the corporate number. The server refused to give the info but instead threatened to call the police. We got our pork bowl (not what we wanted) and left. The second visit was about two weeks ago. The servers were pleasant. There were many people working, the line moved quickly and the food was good. But the server informed us that corporate had made a number of changes recently and they no longer offered a 1st responder/military discount and they've changed the children's menu. Same prices less food. Sad that they're making those changes. The third visit was tonight. We arrived just before 6pm (closing is 9pm). It was like Christmas Eve again. Three employees. One serving the in-store customers, one filling the online orders and one working prep. The line was long and moving slowly. As we moved closer to ordering they were running out of items again: no queso, no pork, no lettuce, and they were scraping the bottom of so many containers. The screen showing the online orders was full and they were definitely the priority. Filling 2 online orders to 1 in-store. Which is why the line was so long & moving so slow. The servers told us on Christmas Eve, "Management requires us to prioritize the online orders." Wow! What an obvious disregard and devaluation of their in-store customers. I guess they don't want to see you ordering or eating in their restaurants. No face to face service. It costs them too much! Tonight we ended up leaving before ordering. We went to taco bell instead. Food & service was great! In & out in 20min. We waited in line at Qdoba for 20 minutes before we left. If only Qdoba could go back to valuing their in-person customers like Chick-fil-A does instead of acting like their not important, like McDonald's does. We miss the old Qdoba!
