As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

The only issue I have is that the automatic voice response got our order wrong as we had ordered two meals of the same order but only recieved one. Over all, it seems to be a good place to eat especially if you don't mind talking to an Artificial Intelligence.

Each time I’ve been there, there’s no employee vehicles in the parking lot, but inside there is a fully staffed, kind, welcoming, hardworking group of people. Those people are making an effort to get there, choosing a great attitude, treating customers with kindness, smiling, respectful, and giving joy. Not only that, the orders are always correct, the food is always hot, and we never have to wait. All too often we go through drive thrus and are met with less than pleasant attitudes and experiences, but not at this Checkers. I brag about the staff there constantly, and they genuinely should be proud of the quality service they provide. The owner of this location, you are fortunate to have such great staff, and clearly great management running your business. Keep up the great work guys!

Even though Both times were late night, I still received fresh fries and great, friendly service. Will definitely come back here when I'm hungry after my 2nd shift.
