As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

- MHMichelle Haight5 days ago2.0Incredibly rude unprofessional woman at the speaker 3/8/26 at 9:40pm, I believe she is a manager. I began placing an order and she came on and said their system is down. I asked what that means, (thinking they might be cash only), if they're taking orders, she mumbled something I couldn't understand, so I waited. She came back 4+ minutes later (louder/rude), "Yo, our system is down". I asked if that means they are not taking orders. She said, "I did never said that, I said our system is down". I told her she needs to be more clear because I asked her to repeat herself and she didn't do that. She said "Yes I did, have a nice night, bye." My cam was recording at this time, would love to share with the owner. I tried submitting a complaint online, the site wouldn't allow. Will not call the restaurant, as I would probably get her.

I had been waiting very patiently to pick up a door dash order for 15 minutes. I waited until there was no customers waiting in line and they acted like they didnt want to give it to me. That is the second time this has happened. Totally inacceptable.
