  I didn’t want to leave a negative review But here we are. After a few bad experiences I really wanted to try again two days ago and was that a mistake. The wait for a table was long and it was because they were all dirty. These same tables remained dirty for our entire visit while people were waiting long periods of time to be seated. The employees were all walking around the restaurant but not actually doing Anything. The server took a very long time to get our drinks, our appetizers Never came and eventually they brought us food. I tried speaking with a manager but he was unhelpful, I went in the next day to speak with a manager who was also unhelpful. Today I’ve waited for a response that isn’t coming. Buffalo Wild Wings could not care less about customer service. I’m sure we will not be returning.

  Nothing super interesting but all of the food was extremely cold when it came out, appetizers to entrees. I have not been to a buffalo wild wings since I was in my late teens and I'm not sure what I expected but this was not it. Waitstaff was friendly, just everything was very slow. It's entirely possible they were very short handed or something.

  This place is trash. I placed a takeout order and went to pick it up at the time that it was supposed to be ready. The young lady behind the counter was very rude when I gave her my name (as the app stated). I ended up waiting an additional 20 minutes for my order. I asked the worker her name and she responded “why”. I told her because she was rude and if she couldn’t deal with working with customers then customer service was not the job for her. She told me she was rude because I chuckled after I gave her my name for her order. I noticed that half of my order was missing. I demanded my money back or my order to be fulfilled since I did pay for it already. The worker came out from behind the counter talking gibberish at which time I asked for a manager. The manager came out and had the audacity to try to tell me to shut up. I told him that I am a grown woman and a customer and you do not talk to customers that way. Your employees made a mistake and instead of taking accountability for their mistake they get rude with the customers. I will definitely be reporting this particular location to corporate and to the Better Business Bureau.

  Wings always over fried, tried 5 different times , no more. We go to jets perfect every time.
