Food is usually served slightly cold, regardless as well. I don't usually write bad reviews but for the cost of this place I would anticipate a better experience. There are other local restaurants who don't have these issues consistently with the same or lower prices.

He still was pleasant though. Second, the food was unbearable. Cold and hard. Fries two of us ordered were very cold. Nachoes that another ordered with added chicken came with maybe a dusting of toppings and a shred of chicken (was added cost, for the amount they gave could of just not had it added). Was basically chips with a couple peppers and 1 tablespoon. Of cheese. The street tacos were cold the shells were hard like they were heated in a microwave for way to long. Now it was not very busy, not like you would think So whoever was in charge of cooking well they suck. And our waitress well she sucked too. Probably will skip this place, somebody is gonna end up sick eating here.

Hostess and server were very friendly.
- BWBrooke WelchDec 13, 20251.0We ordered right when we got in we knew what we wanted and it took forever just for my boyfriend to get his food which was also 5$ extra and it comes and the bacon was burnt and so they fixed it just for it to come back and he couldn't even hold the burger it completely crumbled when he tried to take a bite out of it he ended up having to eat a burger with a fork and not picking it up like normal to eat it and all of his fries were cold. I ended up talking to our waitress and her boss gave us 10$ off

Always smiling which makes for a great experience. Manager Michael was by far the best employee here at Muskegon B-Dubs. Michael took excellent care of me the day I fell in the bathroom. He made me feel much better. He went above and beyond his assignment to make sure that I was okay. Michael demonstrates great leadership. I totally recommend that Michael gets recognized for his awesome support of my well being. I highly recommend this restaurant to everyone. Thank you again Manager Michael for everything. I will be back again.
