We were seated in a corner and it felt like our server forgot about us, so it took a while to get checked on and get what we needed. It wasn’t a terrible experience, just disappointing because with a little more attention from the staff it could have been a solid visit to Buffalo Wild Wings.

Didn’t greet me so finally I said “hi my friend is here I’m going to go sit down” she then rolled her eyes says “ok” and returned to her phone. The server checked on us three times pretty sure she forgot to ring our food in. Had people practically climbing on top of us during our service. Building reeked of marijuana. Food was good though very fresh. Definitely wouldn’t come here if you’re looking for friendly service.

Well, exactly 20 minutes passed by before I had to go up to the ‘to go’ counter and ask someone to send my server to my table so I could order. After ordering, I then proceeded to wait another 20 minutes and still no food, so I just walked out. This was a very poor experience at Buffalo Wild Wings and I was looking forwards to eating there. DO BETTER!!

We never dined here and this would have been our first time. BUT my son had unexpected oral surgery at 4 pm so we asked if we could get our meal to go. But was flat out refused by the person in charge. Even though we told him what happened. Very disappointed. As veterans who proudly served. You can do better Buffalo Wild Wings.
- RRRyanNov 8, 20251.0This place has gone down hill after being the go-to spot in college. Blows my mind that during football season they only have 1 bartender working. This is the 3rd time this has happened. Now, if I have a group with me, I call to make sure they have appropriate staff. If no, we don't go. These companies run so tight to save a dollar. This stresses the staff and patrons. Not only that, the black dude bartending was terrible.
