  Horrible workers at check in. They were walking around doing nothing. Plenty of open table and there was a line out the door. One guy was supposed to be checking people in and was just talking to others while he waited for the next girl to start her shift. That girl proceeded to clock in THEN do her hair at the counter before checking any one in. After the 50 min wait just to be seated, the lady said very rudly "you're going to have to wait a while before you get anything, but at least you're sitting." Will not be back to this location.

  The food was mediocre but good enough to eat for the most part. My teenager would not eat their food and had to share my wife's food. The atmosphere was horrible. They are trying to be a cross between a family restaurant and sports bar which does not work. There people in there screaming at TV's loudly and banging on tables. Ruined the whole experience.

  10 top had kids running around behind us. Kids hit me in the back a few times then in the back of the head. Staff didn't seem to care enough to tell the parents to control their kids. So much for a late night trip with adult friends.

  I cannot believe the Old or Uncooked wings they served us yesterday, Thursday, @4:30pm. I quickly ate 1 bone-in wing because I was so hungry and immediately stopped! Whoever put this garbage on our Combination Tray is a FOOL and needs to be called out for it. 15 mins later I puked it up in their bathroom. Worst experience EVER at BW's. Our server was awesome. Brought me replacemets but the damage was already done. My Son was smart and ordered the Dippers. Had fun watching the Spartans, but should NOT have eaten there! My son is worth the $82 bill. I Tipped our server $29. She was awesome! But why would a cook serve me that trash?

  I didn’t want to leave a negative review But here we are. After a few bad experiences I really wanted to try again two days ago and was that a mistake. The wait for a table was long and it was because they were all dirty. These same tables remained dirty for our entire visit while people were waiting long periods of time to be seated. The employees were all walking around the restaurant but not actually doing Anything. The server took a very long time to get our drinks, our appetizers Never came and eventually they brought us food. I tried speaking with a manager but he was unhelpful, I went in the next day to speak with a manager who was also unhelpful. Today I’ve waited for a response that isn’t coming. Buffalo Wild Wings could not care less about customer service. I’m sure we will not be returning.
