I ordered a pizza and a small cheesy bread around 12:30 pm thinking that I would be eating by 1:30 at the latest, wrong! It literally took them 1 hour and 45 minutes to get my order from them. I called an hour and a half after ordering to find out what the hold up was, I was told that "it happens". Well I'm telling you now, it's never going to happen again. The person on the phone just kept talking down to me and told me that if I wanted a fast pizza to go to Little Caesars. It's no fault of mine that they can't multitask, I was almost late for work and had to eat while speeding, trying to get to work on time. I'm done with Big Chucks Pizza
