I don’t understand why it’s $17 (That’s including the one dollar I tipped because I feel bad for them) for one sub, not a meal. I asked the lady to help me pull up my rewards to scan. “She says I just work here”. Then one other employee didn’t know how to do it and had to get the manager. In general just made me uncomfortable. Just for my points to expire because I will not be returning. She didn’t offer a receipt so it just prompt me to leave a review online. I knew I should’ve went to any other food place in town, to get more for my money and better food. I was debating on just returning the sandwich and getting my money back when I walked out. Also, the app is ridiculous. Every time I open it, it requires an update and I lose all my points.
