  Food was not worth money. Prices have went up the portion size has went down and the quality has went down. The customer service lacks. You get handed a bag and that's it. No welcome to Wendy's or thank you.

  This location is absolutely ridiculous. My boyfriend and I ordered carry out on the app and he still had to wait in their lobby for almost an hour because at first someone took our order (not their fault, I understand) and it was never addressed until my boyfriend asked three times about it and then they messed up said order up by forgetting MULTIPLE items, giving us spicy nuggets when we ordered regular, they double-checked with us which ones we ordered as well. This is not the first time we have had issues at this location. I would rate zero stars if I could.

  Well. I puked. Id give. 0 So wendys on mission and McDonald's on mission avoid they both have served raw burgers

  Service was good and staff was helpful and friendly however there prices have gone up for mediocre almost cold food and if you want sauce for your sandwich and fries they will charge you 53 cents per sauce cup which is outrageous. You can order takeout from a quality restaurant for a cheaper price and they will give you free sauce.
