As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

    I was at this location Friday March 27th, I placed my order at 10:04pm and drove from Meijers to this Rally's location expecting my order to be done. After getting to this location at 10:13pm the app said it'd be done by 10:14pm so I parked and waited. After waiting I waited some more as 15 come and went then 20 then it got to 10:40pm I had enough and went to the drive through and told them I had a mobile order. There was a car infront of me once they finished theirs and I pulled up the looked at me fully clueless what I ordered or anything. If working fast food or any customer service like that when also being very slow it should not be hard to look at the computer screen and know what the next vehicle in line. After getting to the window and telling them what I had I had to wait another 5 minutes at the window. All of the employees need to either be trained or fired. Takes about 5 minutes if that to cook fries and pour a drink

    Great customer service , although they made a mistake with the order but then honored it at the end, very cooperative and friendly, we are from Canada overall mount pleasant people are very respectful and great people thanks

    Absolutly love their loaded fries especially if you add extra cheese the flavors between the bacon and their cheeses and the frys them selves are phenomenal.

    It’s very inconvenient turning around twice in the drive thru. One to turn around to park to (wait for tenders). The other time I went straight to the window cause they forgot the funnel Fries.. So they told me to turn around and say it though the speaker.. the drive thru is poorly designed especially trying to turn around that sharp of an angle. Oh. My boyfriend ordered No pickles on his sandwich and there was pickles.. then I was missing one of the sauces (secret sauce) I wanted for my tenders.
