  Waited a long time in line and then didn't even get what we ordered. They said if we wanted what we actually ordered we would need to go through the line again, which I did not do because it would make me late for work. I would have asked for a manager but I did not have time for all of that. If management would like to reach out and make it right I will happily remove my review - even give it 5 stars. Thank you.

  We went through drive-thru tonight ordered two hot mochas made with whole milk. Not only did it take over 10 minutes. They charged me over $10 because they made coffee add milk and charge me for the added milk. The coffee was not hot there was no whipped cream they put chocolate on top of one not the other. I don't recommend anyone spend their money here. Don't give them a dime they are not worth it. As far as I'm concerned you ripped me off and you're incompetence denied me having a hot mocha! The worst McDonald's in the world award goes to you!

  Treated me like crap because I informed them my 20% off does apply to their buy one get one for a dollar. It clearly stated on their website that you can because it’s not a deal but a value item. Maybe know your own rules before acting like that.

  So sick of this place getting the order wrong every Friday night!!! The tags say what was ordered, you get home and it’s all wrong!!! No more

  I’m not even a person that leaves reviews but this needs to said me and one other lady stood for NINE minutes nobody said a word to us I placed a online order at 408 it is currently 4:35 I still don’t have it at 4:28 she said it was because I placed it drive through instead of counter pick up I’m curious what that has to do with us having to say hello hello over and over to get help I kept speaking calmly hoping she’d understand I didn’t have a attitude I just wanted to know what was going on but she and all her crew was very rude when someone asked who was the manager she very nastily said ME. She’s just to nasty of a human to be the face of anything me so whoever the owner is you should check on your whole staff that worked 3/23 at 430 they don’t represent your business well.
