  I don't know how to even put this. So I'm gonna be really Frank. We come to Mount Pleasant Michigan a couple times a year because our child attends college there last year. The few times we came and ordered out our orders were incorrect. The staff was rude. The staff was too busy to take people's orders playing on their phones. Horrible experiences the 2 times we were in last year. Well, yesterday, in the early afternoon, we made an order with a young lady and I would like to give hats off to her. She was so pleasant. I'm so kind. We really want to just stay in there and eat our Pizza. That atmosphere was amazing. I am very proud of the team you guys have this year. We want to send a special shout out to this young lady that served us apologize, if we have the name wrong, but we believe it was a kyla. Your hospitality skills in service are top of the line.Great job!

  Visiting from out of town this trip. Last time I was at this Papa John's I was very disappointed in the staff. This place has changed in a few years. This trip - the staff went above and beyond for my family. The young women - Kylah made the experience rememberable. It was very refreshing to see young workers with such amazing customer service. My son and I have to have lite sauce and she made sure her staff took care of us and followed up with us. A small thing that meant the world to me. Going the extra mile. Being a business owner, this location is lucky to have her as an employee.

  You have a staff member here that is very pleasant very kind we love coming in to place toorder with her in person versus calling in makes our visits fast and kind. Kylah I believe is her name Props to Papa's you have a great team leader

  Love Papa John's ,last pizza I had was terrible, had to search for the Toppings, hardly any cheese and not much sauce, was very dry. Location does matter.

  Perfect, as always. Papa Johns is my favorite pizza place by far, and they rarely disappoint
