  I have bought two items at this restaurant, the first time was a Oreo mint shake that I asked for no Oreo in it and when I received it the shake was not frozen just a milky mess! And to add to it the guy decided to add chocolate chips because I didn't want Oreos, and said if you don't want it I can make it with out, well I had already waited 5 min or more for that shake and it was melted and warm I threw it away, I figured I'd try some food the second time, asked the guy what SMC sauce was he said he didn't know cause it was his first day so when a girl named maygen came over I told her I wanted the fried chicken dumplings but when she rang them they were more then the price board said I asked why and she said I don't know and I don't even pay attention to that board I explained she was charging me more then what the board said, she was rude and said well that's a managers job so do you want them or not, I told her no, I wanted the loaded fries, I felt very uncomfortable with her and her snotty attitude... Then went over and whispered to another coworker! Inappropriate behavior! I will never eat her again and the fries were not good!!

  The chicken is fine but I was served less than half of the serving size my fries should’ve been. the macaroni and cheese was bad. Overcooked, unsalted, soggy noodles with a very bland cheese sauce. This place is extremely overpriced for what you get

  Chicken was way overpriced for what you got what You barely got anything as far as it went with chicken. I did taste good, but I would not waste my money.

  Delivery of chicken. Received no condiments including ranch dressing. Coleslaw tasted like cardboard. Plus drink was a bottle of Pepsi. Do better.

  We were served a completely raw chicken sandwich. I actually ate a bit before noticing . The wait time was horrible!
