  Stopped in while driving through town for work. Mike is the best server we have had anywhere in a long time. It’s refreshing to find someone who cares about your experience and service. I hope management sees this, that man deserves all the credit. I saw him approach every table with care, patience and professionalism. He’s friendly and welcoming and thankful. If you go here, ask for Mike.

  It was a fairly busy day but the boneless wings were just awful. Rock hard coating and tough dry meat. Regular bone in wings were cold but good otherwise.

  Ordered the $19.99 meal for two/pick six deal online. Advertisement is severely misleading. They have an upcharge of $3 for boneless and $5 upcharge for traditional wings, though advertised as part of the deal? They give you a list of available entrees included in the deal, then why the upcharge? Its ridiculous to call it a "deal" when it's practically the same price as it would've been separately. Not to mention the horrible customer service. My pickup time was 11:50. My husband went in to get our meal, and waited for ten minutes before anybody even acknowledged him. He had to ask if anybody had our food and the woman was a snob when she gave it to him. He had to tell her it came with drinks, she didn't even check the order before handing it out, and got both drinks wrong, despite me being upcharged for my drink. If I'm paying an upcharge Id expect to get what I ordered.

  This has to be the worst buffalo wild wings I have ever been to in my life. ordered take out said it would be done by 10:20pm arrived at said time and then proceded to sit and wait with quite a few other people as we waited for our food. little did the kitchen staff or person running the take out window know that from my spot I could see the kitchen staff dicking around and more worried about there thug music then to actually put a little effort forward and then the person running take out just leaning against the wall well scrolling on the phone well 3 other people walked. I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN THIS BUFFALO WILD WINGS AGAIN!!!!!!

  We had such a great experience at Buffalo Wild Wings Sunday night thanks to our waiter, Mike. He was incredibly attentive and checked on us often without ever feeling overbearing. He was kind, friendly, and honestly made the entire dining experience so much better. Our drinks stayed full, our food came out just the way we ordered it, and he made sure we had everything we needed throughout the meal. It’s rare to find service this good—Mike truly went above and beyond. We’ll definitely be asking for him next time!
