- KDKeely DorstewitzNov 7, 20252.0A little frustrated with my experience today. I ordered a cold brew and a turkey, bacon, avocado bagel sandwich. Cold brew came out quickly and was very tasty, but I waited 30min for the sandwich only for it to seem like they had no idea what I was talking about when I asked if it was coming out soon. Finally got my sandwich 10mins later. It was tasty, but not worth 2/3 of my lunch break waiting. No apology or refund offered.

I asked for a refund and there were no apologies. This should not be happening even if it’s on a college campus.

All after waiting an hour and fifteen minutes for this sandwich. While i understand they were busy, if i am to wait that long i would expect my sandwich to be made correctly. And with workers throwing sandwich's onto the pickup table i was not pleased with service.
