  Horrible service at this location. I waited 20+ minutes for my order which was 2 of those $7 meals. Very simple order by the way. We finally got the chili dogs and chips. I had to go up and ask for our drinks and ice cream. The cashier responded with “I’m not sure” I showed her my receipt and explained we had 2 drinks and ice creams that came with those $7 meals. About 10 minutes later our ice cream showed up but still no drinks. I went to the counter again and asked if we could have our drinks yet. They say “what drinks?” I had to explain again to the same cashier. We finally got our drinks a few minutes later. I usually love Dairy Queen, I have just never experienced service this terrible at other locations.

  Purchased a gift card online and was charged twice for it. Notified them and they stated all sales were final. Bad customer service. Disputing with credit card company. Last time I purchase anything from them.
