Everytime i’m at this 7 brew i wait over 30 mins i have been to multiple other locations and had the line wrapped around the building and never waited more than 30 minutes. This location is so slow i’ve had my order forgotten about and waited 15 mins just for my drink while being the car waiting at the table. I was asked to switch lines and put in line that took 30 minutes longer than the person who took my spot in the other line. It is the worst service experience i’ve ever had at any 7 brew.
I’ve never been the one to write a review but this experience was absolutely horrible. Me and my roommate yesterday went to this establishment for drinks. We put in our order no problem then pay no problem, We go to the spot where drinks are served and we realize we got charged for the wrong size(Rang in a Medium and we wanted large). Alexis was the girl as that station and so i told her it was supposed to be a Large. She immediately got an attitude and kept repeating that we only got charged for a medium when we offered to pay for a large to get it fixed. Alexis rolled her eyes and walked back into the building and a team lead came out (She was amazing i don’t know her name). After at least 5-10 minutes of my drink still sitting on the stand where alexis's left it, she tried to hand it to me after it was melted and the team lead said she would remake it. Alexis did not like that my drink still sitting there was getting remade even though she left it there. She proceeds to grab two other drinks for the cars behind us and body slams my car. The back of my car wasn’t damaged but there is also no reason for my car to get body slammed.
A wonderful young lady named Maddie took my order last week. It was my first time at this coffee shop so I wasn’t sure what to order. She was very knowledgeable on the menu, helpful in finding a drink I would like, and overall enthusiastic about her job. It truly brightened my day speaking with her. I ended up ordering a coffee, but still got a good understanding of the menu. The coffee was delicious and the customer service was incredible !
I have been to this particular stand a few times over the past month and I am thoroughly impressed every time. I usually come either during my meal at work, or after work, and every time the line has been pretty manageable. I will say though, usually the shortest line times are going to be around dinner time (~5:00pm) until close on any weekday (weekends are usually super busy and the line is clear out to the road). SOMETIMES the wait time will be at most 15 minutes when staffing is low toward the end of the night, but as someone who also works a service job it’s not a huge deal keeping in mind that they only have a few people working. Every time I come through, the people taking my order/handing me my drink always have friendly conversation with me; You’ll definitely feel like you belong. On top of that, I feel like the drinks are pretty reasonably priced for what you’re getting.
This location is usually very nice however i’m very disappointed in my visit today. We ordered two large energy’s, paid and pulled up. Got to the drink station only to receive medium drinks and only then being told they were out of large cups. This location is typically pretty busy so i’m not surprised at running out of stock, but i am surprised we’re still letting customers order something unavailable. Wouldn’t have been an issue if they had explained before i ordered and paid. And granted they could have ran out of large cups before i pulled up to the window, however the car behind me received a medium and small drink to make up for it. Would have been a more pleasant experience if i wasn’t overcharged.
