  Usually I come inside to get my little protein pockets. On this particular day about a week ago I decided to come through the drive-thru and was met with an attitude from one of the staff saying, he got so many sandwiches ahead of me. I’m like, okay… and then it was absolute silence. Basically like he wasn’t going to take my order. I sat there for about a minute and just left. I called him afterwards so he could explain to me what he meant by that and he said, he knows he said it stank. The customer service needs to be better. If he doesn’t like his job, get another one

  We ordered a foot long steak sub there wasn't enough steak to make one bite😭 it barely covered the entire bread one piece of shaved steak

  saw a subway woman sneeze in her hands and continue to work, can't imagine what she does when customers arent lookin. shameful

  Carla had a nasty attitude, very rude. She felt the need to continue calling me honey, after I told her what my name was. She seemed to mock me as I made my order. She was very polite to the customers of non color color. But very dry and blunt with me.

  This is the worst subway I ever went to in my life the customer service sucks especially the manager I never heard that you get charged extra for cheese on a salad when I complained she said she charged me for a protein bowl with extra meat I never asked for extra meat and it was not no extra meat on it and then I asked her why is only a half a bowl of salad she told me if I wanted more I should have asked again I would never go there again and I see why nobody goes there when I went in it was a 40-minute wait and I was the only one in the store I should have known then to leave then somebody pulled up in the Drive-Thru and she helped them before helping me I should have known then that was my cue not to do business they charge me 22.75 I just want to see if I was tripping I when to another subway make sure I ordered the same thing and it was 15
