I ordered online and when I got there they said the power was out even though the lights were on. The manager told me they could not refund me my money and there was nothing they could do about it. They could not make my order, send my order to another Taco Bell, or refund me. This is really unbelievable they can take your money and not provide you with the food you paid for or a refund. I never have experienced anything like this. When I asked when they would be serving food again since she said the lights just came back on she said there is no way to tell. There was no effort at all to resolve the situation. The online ordering should have been turned off and resolutions for paying customers should have been addressed already by upper management about the situation. That could have been someone’s last 50 bucks and the company does not care at all. Will NEVER be returning to any Taco Bell after this.
