  Wanting to share a huge thank you to team member Ellen for being so amazing today! We came in during lunch rush and it was soooo crazy today. But she held down the front with a smile, and even tho there was a small wait time she made sure we were very well taken care of! Can't thank her enough for a great lunch today, thank you Ellen! Total super star!

  I was just at Wendy’s get dinner after paying for my food I had to pull up wait for my food I got all my food i ordered and paid for besides my nuggets and lady didn’t give me receipt just money.

  i don’t usually write reviews but i’m genuinely confused it took me 30 minutes too get through the entire drive through line. i work in fast food aswell so i can completely understand if you are getting slammed but that’s not what im upset about… i ordered a dave’s double, and i have too say out of any single time iv gotten food from that place my burger has never been that dry and lukewarm. what was also confusing is that it had no flavor (can’t really expect much because of it being fast food but it was weird cause they usually taste different ) i ordered two things of baconator fries with extra cheese. the first one definitely had a lot of cheese but i kid you not it had ONE piece of bacon on it lololol. the second bac. fry had somehow older fries than the first, a good amount of bacon but not extra cheese. genuinely the best thing about this meal is they must have just changed the diet coke syrup. i’m not blaming the workers it looked like they were having a rough and long night. but i can’t even get a refund because they didn’t give me a receipt and i didn’t notice any of this till i was home. i just paid $20 for sadness in a brown paper bag.

  You may be inclined to believe this is a bog standard, American fast food joint, but you would be wrong. This is a piece of performance art. The performance: all-consuming apathy and abject malcontent for one's direction in life. The star of the show is the sole member of staff who appears to understand that she is on the clock at a restaurant: Wanda. She is also the only individual here who will speak to you, look at the line, or otherwise acknowledge that you, an indisputably corporeal being, are in fact occupying space in the region of the building colloquially referred to as "the line." However, since the rest of the staff is all too happy to leave all the work to her, she will be unable to take your order for several minutes. When she finally can, cut her some slack--she is evidently not a willing participant in this avant garde disaster of an eatery. As you eat your pedestrian food and slurp at your soft drink with a totally nonsensical syrup ratio, take a moment to give thanks. Give thanks that you have not had your soul sucked into Dave Thomas's soul cairn like the husks back in the kitchen, staring as the single sentient employee chugs along. Eat anywhere else, frankly.
