At the end of my order she asked again what sauce? I said barbecue. When we got to the window she asked again. I said barbecue. Guess what sauce I got? Sweet chili! Close but unfortunately not barbecue. Go to the the Monroe location before coming to this one. Always something they can’t get right. At least the frosty was the right flavor!!

Doordash does not give an option to add flavor to drinks using the flavorstyle machine so I call to ask if they can add lime to my coke. Everytime I call the manager already knows it's my order and just adds my lime! Great customer service and anticipating the customers needs!

I've lived down the road for 4 years now & each time I visit this Wendy's they are on top of their game. I've never waited here for even 5 minutes, no matter how many people are in the drive thru. When I get to the window, they have my food out within 30 seconds. And it's hot. And they're friendly. If I've been here so often and always had the same experience, not sure what problems anyone else could possibly have. Just being real.

They told me it would be $.50... really? After $12 for one meal and can't even get the condiments to round out my meal. I won't be back. And Wendy's shame on you.
