  Wonderful manager & staff. I had a large order, needed it by 10:00 am. The manager had a staff person come in early to prepare it and then deliver it. Food was delivered on time and was wonderful. Thank you so much for the service. Monroe is fortunate to have you there.

  Placed an order at 7:28 for delivery. The store closes at 9pm. Never received my order.

  They were out of white bread. Offered us wheat. Didn't tell us it was sandwich bread. Took over 20 mins because of a large order but neglected to tell any of the customers they were behind. Terrible service. Zero communication to customers.

  Website advertises that they have light tea, which has no sugar and we have been ordering it since i have diabetes. Well the thing is i called to place an order today and apparently they never had light tea and was giving me regular tea the entire time and explains my high sugar and health issues. They jus lost our family as a customer.
