  As much as I enjoy the Monroe Chipotle, the consistency in which they portion proteins is so frustrating. Today, my double steak bowl was less than what sometimes my single portions are. I wish they had a better and more consistent way of measuring protein rather than "just eye balling it". New employees are so scared to over serve they end up giving you less than the actual serving size. Please be more consistent.

  The manager is the best! I had a girl make my burrito and glob way too much sour cream on my burrito that couldn’t even eat it wasted my money she couldn’t even wrap it she just shoved it in a bowl

  Monroe, MI ***Terrible*** run away!!!! Food has been going downhill for years but it is a new level of disgusting. Impossible to get meat of any quality, super fatty, and just sucks. Food is ice cold, order is always incorrect and missing stuff. Stay far, far away from the food at all locations but especially Monroe, MI.

  I placed an online order expecting that the ingredients listed in the app would actually be available when I arrived. Unfortunately, when I got to the store, they were out of multiple ingredients that were part of my order. This defeated the purpose of ordering ahead, as the meal I paid for could not be made as ordered. What made the situation even more frustrating was that the store staff told me they were unable to issue a refund for the items that were unavailable because the order was placed online. Instead, I was told that I would need to contact customer service myself to request a refund. This created an unnecessary inconvenience and added extra time and effort just to resolve a problem that occurred because the restaurant’s inventory was not accurately reflected in the ordering system. If ingredients are out of stock, the online ordering platform should either prevent those items from being selected or allow the store to issue a refund directly. Customers should not have to go through a separate customer service process to get their money back for items the restaurant could not provide. I hope Chipotle improves the accuracy of its online ordering system and empowers store staff to resolve these issues immediately. Situations like this create a poor customer experience and make customers hesitant to use the online ordering option in the future.
