  Had an issue with a shorted order, called the location, was met with a very rude and combative employee, was angrier leaving the phone call than when it started. I contacted support and was sent a coupon. 3 days later, I attempted to use this coupon at this location, the employee did not know how to use the QR code and could not redeem it. I was told it was expired or used already, I told them, No, it was not, you're just not entering it correctly, after this the employee became enraged, telling me that they "KNOW HOW TO DO THEIR JOB" and then refusing to further assist and shut the window in my face. Two times in a row your employees have treated me with disdain and unprofessionalism. What is going on at this store location and your employees?

  Our doordash glitched and messed up our order. It was the last of our money until morning and we were starving. Thena was working drive thru and she was so helpful and kind. She fixed the order so we could eat. These are the kind of people you need to hold on to. Give her a bonus or a raise because normally the customer service is lacking but hers was fantastic.

  You aren't allowed to go in or anything but I chose to go to this Rally's because of the ones in my city. Food wasn't hitting on anything anymore. LOL. This one was delicious. The food was hot, everything was fresh and the soda tasted like it came out of a bottle instead of a fountain.

  First off this place is in a great location. I have been there a few times eating inside and going through drive through. When eating inside I noticed the place was clean and alway was greeted with a smile. Friendly and quick staff prepared my food well and in a timely manner. Going through the drive through the person greeting me at the speaker showed up quick and friendly and I did not feel rushed through my order. Always gave me options for trying new things. Which is helpful. Upon approaching the window I could tell the window area/what i could see inside was clean and organized. As I said staff is always friendly and helpful and food is always delicous. One of the best checkers ive beeb to. Definitely recommend this location.

  I go here all the time for wings but decided to try a garlic Swiss clucker this time and I was not disappointed. It was so good, I will definitely order again. The fries are my favorite and were delicious like always. Very fast and friendly service.
