    The taller gentlemen here who's the manager I believe (doesn’t have hair) is incredible my uncle & I eat at Arby’s almost everyday because of him. Just a gentle super kind guy who always wears a smile always an incredible work ethic he carries and deserves a raise. God bless him

    I made an online order for drive through. I asked the gentleman if it was just 1 bag and HE SAID YES. We were missing 3pc chicken tender, 2 - 6pc mozzarella sticks, 4pc potato cake, apple turnover, and 2pc peach cobbler roll. I called, they apologized and said they'd make it fresh, my wife went to pick it up. STILL WRONG. Missing 3pc chicken tender. This makes me never want to go back to that location.
