  Nick is terrible. He argued with me over having an issue in the lobby for my FOURTY MINUTE WAIT TIME for a mobile order consisting of four food items and three drinks. When I brought it up not only did he try to say that it wasn’t true but he was giving an immense amount of attitude. He also did not change his gloves when he touched cash and his cellphone while preparing food orders and ACTIVELY TRAINING A NEWHIRE. 30 minutes into my wait I was FINALLY told they were working on my order. I understand being understaffed and having a rush, that’s not the problem. He was the one who chose to argue back even though EVERY SINGLE TIME I have an order with him it’s an issue but any other manager that’s on duty or literally any other staff member doing my order I never have any issues. Every single time he’s working on my order in the past it takes over twenty minutes passed the completion time with no communication from the staff and even half the time the order is messed up! You’d think having to wait twice as long for your order would mean it’s checked to be correct or even prepared correctly but it’s not. I have personally worked in food service as a manager for five plus years and I would NEVER even consider arguing back with a customer like that. He’s extremely unprofessional, rude, and frankly bad at his job. I’ve chosen several times not to leave a review like this in hopes that he’d get better or maybe he was having a bad day but nothing has changed and after today’s FOURTY minute wait I’ve had enough. This is ridiculous and unacceptable. I’m tired of wasting almost an entire hour of my day at this location with not even good customer service.

  Went through the drive-through did they get the utensils to eat the food with? I waited forever and was the second car very slow.

  Everytime i come here at night they always either mess something up or are closed before they're supposed to be and it really sucks when you place a mobile order and drive there just for your food to be wrong or they aren't even open so you now have to wait for a refund should really figure something out
