    Waited 20 minutes in the drive thru with 2 cars in front of me. When I got to the window the Order wasn’t right. The person at the window was joking around with other employees very unprofessional food was cold.

    Stopped while passing through; this was the best Arby’s we’ve had in a long time. Everything was hot, tasted fresh, and had a good amount of meat. The cashier was nice. It looked like the woman who was maybe the manager made it and bagged it up for us and she did a fantastic job. Thanks for restoring our faith in Arby’s!
