I said thank you and he just turned away and ignored me. Very rude. I’d expect they put someone else out at the front to handle customers, or give him customer service training. Ruined the experience for me.

We're only human, and there's always going to be someone who's new or having a rough day. Giving me Pepperoni instead of Bacon (as an arbitrary example) is a minor mistake, and the only type of mistake that ever happens. The quality of the food is always 5/5. Whenever I've called Papa John's the service was great, but going in person the service can be a little slow. That may have just been luck of the draw though. There is very limited seating inside this restaurant. While it is possible to eat in the restaurant, I would not advise it. Papa John's is suited for Carryout and Delivery, not Dine In.
