My order is always wrong when I come here and its blatantly obvious they have no regardsfor good customer service but if you like waiting 20 minutesfor a snack wrap just for it to be totally wrong we'll this is your place so disappointedevery time I come here but its right by my house that's not enough anymore I have had it with this mcdonalds.

- TCTrevor CassidayOct 29, 20251.0This is the worst McDonalds location I've ever been to, and I've been to some bad ones. The employees can not get the orders correct and then want to argue about it. I will never return. HORRIBLE SERVICE from day shift manager yesterday, 10/28/25. Every time my family visits this location we are either missing something or the order is wrong. We should not have to argue over wrong orders due to the incompetence of the staff.
