She laughed at not being able to refund my order and said "I will tell the owner but he probably will not reach out to you". I could not believe how she was addressing me or the conern. When I asked for her name, she would not give it to me. Tropical Smoothie - do better! There is too much competition out here for you to treat your guests this way.. This is YOUR manager... disgusted.

There's nothing you can do until they notice you . Not fair to the customer . The bigger complaint is the cabatta bread turkey sandwich. Turkey tasted stale and could only stand to eat half , went back and said something about it to the worker and the response was " Well we - freshly - slice daily" sorry ! That's how complaints get handled there . Okay ☹️
