I called in to let them know and they offered to put my name in their book for a replacement. Today I went in for my replacement, ordered "acai bowl w nutella" and they managed to forget the Nutella, again. Didn't bother calling this time, will use S. Saginaw Rd and hope for better results.

She laughed at not being able to refund my order and said "I will tell the owner but he probably will not reach out to you". I could not believe how she was addressing me or the conern. When I asked for her name, she would not give it to me. Tropical Smoothie - do better! There is too much competition out here for you to treat your guests this way.. This is YOUR manager... disgusted.
