We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

    I just came through about 3:50pm and was cashed out by a man in the drive, I want to say his name started with a “K”. I just wanted to make sure he and his staff know he was great. I have been having a lot of bad experiences with the customer service end of business’s I go lately (most likely people just stressed & burnt out) but it was refreshing to connect with a patient and kind person. Who also seemed happy to be there. Thanks again! Also the food as always was awesome!

    That God awful AI ordering system needs tos go. It has gotten my order wrong the last three times I've been there. And even after I tell that I don't want anything else it's still asks me if I would like to add this or that to my order. So sick of companies replacing humans with this crap.

    The manager was not only talking poorly about the customer’s loud enough, where you could hear it outside of the drive-through window, but was really rude to the people working in the restaurant. Definitely not the type of place you wanna frequent with such poor management. Clearly she needs to be retrained on how to treat her employees and customers

    If I could give Colleen H 0 zero stars I absolutely would. I am totally appalled by her behavior towards customers. She DOES NOT deserve to have a food service job, let alone general manager position.She is THE reason you are losing money and customers
