  So me and my family have been here three times in the two months and it has been a very good experience. The food is wonderful, the service has been great. It’s nice to come and enjoy dining in and have such great experiences. We really appreciate it!

  I don’t appreciate when half of my appetizer sampler was the everything pretzel knots, and you serve plain. No heads up. No discount. No explanation until I asked why they’re plain.

  This is a great BWW. New renovations are awesome. Great atmosphere and a great place to watch a game, TVs everywhere!

  So I know people love this place, and I have given it a couple of chances to really wow me and every single time it has fell short. I'm being generous to give it 2 stars, but I'm basing this off of my most recent visit Monday (2/1) evening. Positives: Service was fast. It wasn't too busy. The new updates look nice. Negatives: Pretty much everything else. The floor was visibly dirty with crumbs and crud. Food was mid at best (as it has been in the past). I ordered a saucy chicken sandwich this time since the last time we had ordered boneless wings they were awful. Small pieces that had been counted as one wing. But back to the Monday visit. My sandwich patty was thin, dry and barely warm. For a saucy chicken it was lightly sauced only (probably a good thing because the sauce wasn't good. Brown sugar spice is what I chose. I guess I should have asked for a trial first). The potato wedges seem different from the last time we got them too, also not nearly as good as they used to be. It did take a while for our food to come out for it to be served room temperature. I'm just not a fan for the price to pay for room temperature food. Sorry bdubs but unfortunately you've had enough chances to improve your food and it's just not getting better. The only thing we'll come back for is the bottles of sauce and we'll just make the chicken at home.
