Fries are cold most of the time.This is the slowest McDonald's ever.They always have you pull around and wait.Orders are never correct .It happens all the time.Id rather drive across the bridge and order at the Mc Donalds in Marinette .Better service ,fast and accurate

Worst customer service I've ever experienced!!!!! My wife was in line to order a tarter sauce which was not on the kiosk menu. The girl behind the counter was very rude and stated "you're in the wrong line, the line to order was over there" in probably the bitchiest tone I've ever heard!!! Then we waited in line at the soda fountain while an employee was filling drive thru soda orders and was completely oblivious to us standing there. When he saw us all he said was I have to fill the drive thru orders and did not care there was a line of customers to fill their soda. Apparently drive thru customers at this location rate higher and mean more to in house dining customers. The manager came out and heard what I had to say and didn't resolve a thing. She just turned and walked away and told her employee if you have any other issues you need me to handle, let me know.... Frankly she didn't handle the issue at hand!!!! Total and utter incompetence on so many levels, I will never repeat never give this place business ever again!!! Total lack of people skills and management
