  We had placed an online order. The order said that it would be ready for pickup by 12:05 in the afternoon. We got there, wasn’t ready. I waited, then proceeded to ask about my order. They stated that I may have placed it in a different location. Asked for proof, then when I showed them and that it took my money. They said “OH, it does that sometimes. We don’t know why.” “ you will have your money back in 24 hours.” Ok, 24 hours! Are you going to give me gas money for driving all the way to pick up nothing but attitude from the workers? The one worker was stressed, I could tell you possibly didn’t work there very long. The other one was plain out rude and disrespectful. She made it seem as it was my fault that their app online service was my fault. I will be talking to management. Poor poor service. As for the food I don’t know never got to eat my sandwich. A lot can happen in 24 hours.

  Ive had some good subs from here, but lately its been awful. I went today and the eldest lady, sheryl, made our subs. my boyfriend called them "garbage". which i agree. she packed our subs awfully with the food and the after paperwrap. Last time we went there she was telling the younger girls to work the register while she made sandwiches and the younger girls always make them so much better. when she did that that day, she dropped a sanwich right after. today there was like no veggies. what there was of didnt look too good....
