- DCDennis CookMar 23, 20261.0The Cedar Street location for McDonald’s is the worst location in the state. I travel all over the state of Michigan customer service starting from Management down everyone acts like they’re doing you a favor to help you. I’ve driven away with the wrong orders went back and they asked me. What do you want us to do about it today I went in there. They refused to let my daughter use the app that I paid for so she could pick up food. So she came home without food I went back up talk to the manager and she was typical. Wanted to let me know who was in charge her.
