After we were on our way home realized we didn't get all the sauce we asked for but not to big a deal. Started eating only to find out my chalupa was cold and chewy , very disappointing 😞. My nachos were mostly crumbles and the chips I had were very crunchy hard. My son's meal was good he said. I called Taco Bell upon getting home and spoke to Sarah. She was kind and apologetic. She also told me she would replace both meals. I did tell her my son's meal seemed fine, his was different than mine but had nachos as well and his chips were good. She again told me next time I wanted to come in they would replace both meals and thanked me. Very good customer service. I will definitely be back to this location.
