I was there until 12:59pm. The guy had even came out for my receipt bc he said “you’ve been waiting so long!”. I was nice, I know sometimes it can get busy and I’m not into the whole confrontation. Comes back out with my food. And I guess shame on me for not double checking my order but like, you would think it would be right. Nope. Didn’t have any of my fries which is like 4$ each. When I called to try and get refunded there was nothing he could do unless I came back. And at that point I just would have gotten my fries. Anyways, I always have a problem with my order being right. There needs to be a better system for all of this, and if food is forgotten, there needs to be a way to make it right where I don’t have to come back to get it fixed.
