  This McDonald’s is a joke. Every single time I come here we have to pull to the side, every single time. They tell you these items are made fresh that’s why we need you to pull over and then the food is cold. Multiple occasions I get home and food is missing or wrong. I would say it’s because I request no onion but there’s usually multiple cars pulled to the side. Get your life together!

  Normally decent food, however the Fillet o fish is consistently overcooked.

  Absolutely exceptional customer service every time I have visited st clair county, by far the best McDonalds anywhere around. The employee named Destiny is always so polite and fast and kind and welcoming. Food is always fresh, servers are always amazing, and I had a slight bit of trouble w the app, and they completely fixed and helped and even comp’d part of my meal

  I came through from out of town to visit my mom. This is the first and only McDonald's I've ever been to that I have ever had trouble with ordering a double cheese burger meal. First the guy tried only giving me a mcdouble meal which I didn't want because mcdoubles only come with one slice of cheese. When I kept telling him double cheese burger he then tried saying I wanted the meal with two cheese burgers and no fries which I didn't want either. A lady eventually took over and told me I would have to order the triple cheese burger in order to get something close to what I wanted. Basically got talked into a more expensive meal just because they 'dont do double cheese burger meals'. All the the other McDonald's I go to here in Ohio I've never had a problem.

  I went and this worker that I could tell is new was so incredibly rude. Name tag said Marcus. It is a very unwelcoming atmosphere.
