This is what is served for a cantina chicken crispy taco.... - 5 tiny pieces of meat - hardly any cheese - cracked tortilla shell (and no I didn't wait an hour to eat) Unacceptable for the price that is charged for this "premium taco". Go to the taco bell on Wadhams, their service is always great!

If I could give zero I would. I will start by saying I go to this Taco Bell too much. But when I go there Tuesdays mornings it’s always a pleasant experience, very friendly staff, and my food is always right. I’m really hoping they have cameras they show the front counter so they can verify my claim and how awful the person in charge was on Friday 12/26 between 8-8:30pm. Let’s start with saying that the evening staff rarely marks the food that’s special. When I ordered the grilled cheese burritos it’s even worse because I can’t open them and check them. I took them to the counter to see if maybe they were marked in a place I did not see. One was no rice, one no sour cream with guacamole. She proceeded to take the burrito, open it up on the front counter, where people order food, and finger through it to try to rip it open to see which one it was. I told her that was disgusting and her response was I just made it. Like that was my problem? You just opened my food on a place where the public goes and put your fingers all over it and then wanted to give it back. Then she asked if I wanted it remade and I said yes. She was so angry about this that she proceeded to talk rudely about me to other staff. In which another Staff wanted to make sure I wasn’t getting anything free out of this. She reassured him that she threw the food away, and I wasn’t getting it free. Then she whispered to another employee, not really whisperer I heard her, That she bet she hates her life right now. Even though I wasn’t yelling or rude, and just asked about the burritos being marked. Also,I just spent $48 at Taco Bell. I’m not concerned about getting a free burrito. I’m concerned about it being right and marked correctly. She would not even give me my remade food. She slid it over to somebody else to come give it to me. He felt so bad about the situation he gave me 2 free taco coupons in my bag. I get home, and it’s still not right. The burritos were very thin, barely filled, I have pictures. They were supposed to be steak, which was an up charge and they gave me beef. And the food in my box was wrong and I didn’t even notice. I really hope that this is not the way they train staff. I’m very disappointed that someone who is claiming to be on the same level as a manager would think that it’s OK to open someone’s food on a counter and put their fingers all over it And then hand it back like everything was fine. And all of this happened because they didn’t mark the food in the first place. It may not seem like a big deal, but half of this food gets dropped off Somewhere else, so I can’t just go home cut it in half and figure out which one is which. Other Taco Bell’s have stickers that they put on their Food. This is a continuing problem when I go there in the evening that they are angry when I’m asking them which burrito is which when they are not marked. It is the most unprofessional experience that I’ve had and is probably enough to make me not go there again. I would love it if an actual manager or general manager or even owner would contact me about this review. I’m very disgusted and can only imagine what is done when no one is looking.

As far as food & customer service goes, this Taco Bell is one of the better ones in the area however the atmosphere is really off between 8pm-11pm. Last few times I actually sat in the dining area there were people trying to get into fights, cops in the parking lot questioning people, & other nutty occurrences. Not really my favored environment.

This place is a joke, the manager needs to be retrained. Staff needs replacing or work. I like many people in the world have been going to Taco Bell since I was a kid. Taco Bell sells burritos at $2 and some change and they sell grande burritos at $5 and some change, sometimes you go there and they give you a grande burrito but sometimes it’s a normal burrito. She will argue the workers are over portioning a regular burrito which is bs because the burritos haven’t shrank.. this place thinks we are stupid. The regular burrito didn’t shrink you are just screwing people over on the grande burritos.. you might as well take them off the menu and stop double charging people for a regular burrito. This place doesn’t even know how to make their own food on the menu.. I’ll be calling corporate to inform them of this as the employees are causing the business to lose money and loyal customers… I dare this place to make a cheese troll up and a regular bean and rice burrito and a grande burrito and watch how small everything becomes while the grande burrito shrinks.. hey here’s and idea maybe make a regular steak breakfast burrito and then make me a grande and explain why it’s double the price but barely bigger! This is an ongoing issue with these people for years and I’m done with Taco Bell all together.
