Terrible service. Got the order wrong and we had to drive back and literally return the food to get the right order. Barely an apology. After all that I opened them and there was barely anything on them. Basically $30 for bread and mayo. A veggie sub with scant veggies. Do not recommend. I give this subway 3 mo max if they don't get their staff in order.

I’m usually pretty easygoing and understanding. Mistakes happen, things get missed, no big deal. But consistently bad customer service? That’s more of a talent than an accident at this point, and not a good talent.
As a local, I’ve been here more times than I’d like to admit (limited food options in a small town will do that to you), and somehow each visit manages to feel like I’m personally inconveniencing the staff just by existing. Highlights include surprise tip additions to my bill, a salad that boldly reinvented itself without lettuce, toasted subs featuring impressively cold meat, and veggies that were… let’s just say past their prime.
BUT—there is one shining beacon of hope. A young high school-aged guy, I believe his name is Brayden. Always polite, always smiling, always hustling (usually alone, from what I’ve seen, even as an apparent minor). He’s never messed up my family of five’s order and somehow manages to outwork his GROWN coworkers without treating my family like an inconvenience or throwing attitude like confetti.
If the entire place ran like Brayden does, this review would look very different. Give that kid a raise—and maybe have him train the rest of the staff while you’re at it.

Went here Feb 5th my fiancé's meatballs on his sub were actually frozen still cold as heck. He got on the subway app that we ordered from and complained right away. After a week of not hearing anything back I called up subway. The lady told me I needed to bring in the sub and receipt in even though i told her i had proof from the app when we ordered and when he sent a complaint. Yeah we won't be going back if they cant make their mistake right. My chicken was also cold on my sub I thought they warm it up but the meatballs being cold not okay.
