The employees are generally nice, but there seems to be high turnover, which is not surprising, given that the management/owners do not seem to care AT ALL. The entire parking lot is more pothole than solid asphalt. The service times are hideous, due to understaffing. I feel for the employees. They're doing the best they can, but who wants to drive through the parking lot without 4 wheel drive? If I'm missing for a day or so, start the search in the sinkhole that opened up there. That's the logical starting point. The owner(s) should be ashamed.
