You guys need to do better, at least twice a week I get breakfast and every time the order is messed up, Either something i ordered is not in the bag, or the food is not made right. The worst part is 9/10 times they preparers don't read the tickets correctly, I ordered a STK egg and chz bagel on a biscuit, sub round egg. and an extra hash brown, got back to work, and found that it had the folded egg on it, and i was missing the extra hash brown. I don't usually complain about a lot of places, but dang, managers need to tighten up these people and make them do their job properly.

By far the rudest and most misguided McDonald's I've ever been to in the country.
I have not eaten since yesterday and was going to use my points for an egg and sausage mcmuffin. The manager very rudely let me know that they had "run out and had no more" as they served the person in front of me a sausage McMuffin.
The management should not lie nor deny a person hungry. I am very disappointed with this McDonald's. Is this how Michigan people treat folks all over??

I had gotten everything i ordered but when i went to sit down my sandwhich had pickles on both even after asking for no pickles as i am alergic to them. I go and have then re make it and the manager has an attitude about a mistake that shouldnt happen in the first place as well as the employees as well. I go to sit back down and its still not even what i ordered their was no ketchup no mustard no onions and no mayo and im just really annoyed that i have to keep asking for fixes on food i ordered that shpuld be perfect the very first time around. I really think managment and the employees need a re run on customer service and a recap on how to follow directions.

The nuggets were amazingly hot. I ordered 2. 6pc nuggets and a 5$ meal i didn't receive my fries. We were leaving Michigan to head home to Ohio so we pulled out and jumped on the highway so I couldn't turn around and come back. Otherwise it would of been a 10 out of 10
