  The worst customer service that I have ever had. I ordered a pizza for my moms birthday and paid for it online. She is in a nursing home so what a great present. At delivery, they charged one the the nurses for the pizza. When I contacted the store, after calling 10 times, they said that my card had been declined. There is no reason why the card should have been declined. When asked why that was not convened to me when I ordered she had no response. I then asked to pay for the order and have the nurses card reimbursed, and she told me I was out of luck. I will never do business with this shady store again.

  They are very unprofessional and rude called them about a order they did not make correctly and the new female working did not want to remake or replace order we are very upset with service there we will never eat there again

  I had ordered at 6:07pm and had waited for an HOUR!! If you're gonna use the app and show your pickup time of when it's finished, don't do it, it's half of the time correct, and they seemed so disorganized too, it looked like they was just putting many different orders in the oven but not one at the time.

  I ordered through door dash. It has been a personally rough day. I wanted a quick easy meal. Ordered dominoes, (pizza and pop). Then (key horror film music) 🤪I get a phone call. A “young lady” from Domino saying she had a question. She wanted me to clarify my directions. The drive can be a little tricky. So no worries but it wasn’t directions (spent a few minutes clarifying) it was did I want my pizza left in my apartment. Swear!! I was a little dumbfounded and must admit until this point we had been on phone for more than few moments. Domino “girl” now has my full attention. I couldn’t quite wrap my head around it. So it took me a “of course not, I have never been asked that before.” It didn’t end there. So I asked her to read me the whole message about directions that led to this call. She said it says “inside on floor “ yes inside the building (there are a few apartments that are direct accessible) mine is as stated ~inside the big glass door on the floor. My apartment is 5555. She asked again. Lord have mercy. Then it hit me she is a kid. It’s a week day and she should be in school. My only logical conclusion. Set her off. She started yelling at me! Telling me to not talk over her. I was dumbfounded!! Absolutely crazy. So 5 minutes into a rough conversation, I was done. Had given her adequate answers and was done. Hung up and this crazy Domino employee canceled my order. Absolutely was that one little thrust to push me to my breaking point. Started crying which of course really had me steamed over such a silly thing to cry over. I obviously needed the cry more than I needed a late lunch.
