Service from the drive through was terrible. i was asked to pull up. there was already a car pulled up in front of me so there wasn’t much space for me to go. So I proceeded to go as close to the vehicle in front of me as I could as my car has an alarm that starts beeping if you get too close. some of my food wasn’t done hence why they asked me to pull forward. other fast food places have designated parking slots that are marked that you can pull into and they did not. The lady came out with a bag and came up to the car in front of me and asked if it was his and he said no, so she turned around and started walking back inside, and I had rolled down my window and waved at her and said that it might have been mine. she took her time walking around the building and asked me to pull closer to the other vehicle and I proceeded to explain that I couldn’t because I didn’t want hit the vehicle in front of me. As they didn’t pull very far ahead or into a parking spot. she then proceeds to tell me to pull up and around the other side of the vehicle to the right with an attitude. I said ma’am, I’m already too close to him. He needs to pull farther ahead. She basically threw the bag at me and said oh now she’s got an attitude. so I proceeded to slowly back up the car after I had grabbed the bag from the lady and pulled away. my window was still down as she was yelling in the parking lot and talking to another patron about this situation, which I think is completely unprofessional when I was not the one being rude she was.. needless to say, I will not be going back to that location. They might need a class on professionalism.

It’s really difficult for me to write a negative review for this establishment, as I visit every time I’m in Marshall and have always had good experiences. Unfortunately, yesterday was different.
When I arrived at the drive-through, I turned my truck off as I always do out of courtesy so my order can be heard clearly. The interaction felt rushed and short from the start. When I pulled up to the window, the employee was on their phone and continued to rush the transaction, which resulted in half of my order being missed.
I understand everyone has off days, but this experience was disappointing. It only takes one negative interaction like this to make a loyal customer hesitate about coming back.

Their customer service is horrible. Not greeting customers, not saying thank you and not giving receipts, also slamming drive thru windows and barely opening them when its cold. Yet they expect me to keep my window open and then get irritated cause they had to wait for me to open my window. She then smiled at me as a goodbye. Why are you in customer service when you can't even do the minimum.? Can't even properly complain as I have no receipt. I was there today around 2:25-2:30 and she was blonde with a hoodie on at that. She never told me the amount of my order and also never provided a receipt. Oh and I am editing this post to say, they even failed to provide me a straw for my soda
Also Arby's management will do nothing to fix the problem as if you read other reviews it seems they know there is a problem but refuses to fix it with there employees.
I also discovered i don't even know what i paid for this order. I have to sign into my banking app to find out. That is so wrong on every level. Also stop participating with FETCH if you refuse to give receipts as this is how Fetch works. The receipt is required to be uploaded to get points.
