  Got chili cheese frys from them and there's almost little to no chili at all on them very disappointing

  I did not think it was possible to have slower service in a fast food restaurant, but this Wendy's has captured the prize. Also the food it's cold.

  The food tasted terrible — I couldn’t even finish my burger. I got through about a quarter of it before tossing it back in the bag and throwing it out. I’ve had Wendy’s at other locations without any issues, and even this location used to be fine years ago. But over the past year or two, the three or so times I’ve tried it have all been memorably bad. The burger itself was extremely inconsistent: some bites were overwhelmingly salty, while others had a strange artificial flavor. I don’t expect fast food to taste organic or gourmet, but it should taste consistent with the rest of the franchise — and this definitely didn’t. I’m not sure if this is a supplier problem or a training issue, but something has clearly changed. Also — and I don’t mean to sound like a snob — the atmosphere in the back of the kitchen didn’t inspire confidence. It looked more like a hangout than a workspace, and it left me feeling unsure about cleanliness and where hands were going before handling food. At this point, I’d recommend going to McDonald’s instead — or honestly, with how pricey fast food has gotten, Laker’s Burgers & Pizza is a much better option.
